Neighborhood Watch Event

GET INFORMED & STAY SAFE!!
The McCall Police Department would like to invite any and all citizens to attend our first informational Neighborhood Watch meeting!
Neighborhood Watch encourages neighbors to know each other and watch out for each other. A good neighbor is a highly effective crime prevention tool. Watch groups create a sense of community and pride by becoming unified in their desire to have a safe and healthy neighborhood.
Neighborhood Watch is neighbors working together to reduce and prevent crime. They are the extra eyes and ears for reporting suspicious and criminal activity to the McCall Police Department. It is a partnership between a neighborhood and law enforcement.
A few Benefits of Neighborhood Watch:
- Reduces fear of crime
- Deters criminal activity
- Stimulates neighborhood awareness by people watching out for each other
- Reduces the risk of becoming a crime victim
If you are interested in finding out more information or want to start a Neighborhood Watch in your area please plan to attend our community meeting.
