The goal of this administration is to:

The McCall Police Administration Division directs the overall activities of the Police Department to accomplish the mission and goals of the Department, ensuring that Department resources are used in the most efficient and effective manner, and reports directlly to the McCall City Manager and City Counsel.
The Chief of Police directly supervises the Office Coordinator for Support Services, and the three Department Sergeants for the divisions of Criminal Investigations (CID), Patrol, and Code Enforcement.

The Administration Division is responsible for coordinating Police Department efforts with other City Departments, with other criminal justice agencies, and with the community.
The Administration Division also works with local, regional, state and national organizations to enhance the ability of the Police Department to ensure the safety of all persons in the community. The Administration Division is also responsible for submitting an Annual Report to the City Counsel, requesting and managing grant funding, and updating policies and procedures.
Administrative Staff
Administrative Support Manager Sandy Ryska
The Administrative Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational duties of the McCall Police Department, which includes office management, records, property and evidence.
Ms. Ryska also provides assistant to the Chief and is responsible for grant applications and grant management, accreditation, policy manual maintenance, design of the annual report, and coordination of all police department related functions and activities.
The Chief of Police is the Commander of the Administrative Division and supervises the Sergeants. He is a very active member of the regional executive law enforcement leadership. The Chief has final responsibility and accountability for and to the Police Department.
Criminal Investigations Sergeant Larry Stokes
The Criminal Investigations Sergeant is responsible for overseeing the investigation functions of the McCall Police Department, which includes the detectives and School Resource Officer.
The Patrol Sergeant is responsible for the Patrol Division functions of the McCall Police Department, which includes the daily operations of both day and night shift patrol teams.
Code Enforcement Services Sergeant Pete Rittenger
The Code Enforcement Sergeant is responsible for the Code Enforcement Division functions of the McCall Police Department, which includes the daily operations of code enforcement, Field Training Officer (FTO) program, and applicant background investigations.
